Encouraging movement, stability, and growth
Using various physical techniques and incorporating naturopathic medicine, the body has the innate ability to heal itself. I began my path to healing by encouraging the body's capacity to strengthen, heal, and enhance longevity in individuals 50 and older. Today, I work with individuals with comorbid diseases, failing mobility, and pain to encourage healing through movement, education, and diet.
Working together, we can develop a longevity lifestyle that incorporates yoga, qigong, meditation, strength training, or nutritional guidance.
